This holiday house was a major undertaking that required full restoration and reconstruction of an old Dalmatian house.
With many problems visible before the beginning of construction work, it was the most important thing to perform hydro insulation and moistening of the rock that was within the facility.
The outer walls remained original, while the woodwork was custom made, green to be in accordance with Mediterranean construction style. The front deck with the original well for rainfall remained as it was, while the rear deck was altered in order to make an additional storage room under it.
Since the house is in two floors, the ground floor is strictly used as a living area, while there are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
There were mostly used beige and earth colours, and the furniture is made of natural materials with original details and antiquities.
